Moulin Rouge

Okay, so I’m not the biggest fan of jukebox musicals. I’m my opinion there is one greater than the rest, and I was lucky enough to be able to attend a performance… Moulin Rouge! 

What a spectacle! The set lighting design alone are enough reason to go see this show. From start to finish it was beautiful; I couldn’t rip my eyes away even if I wanted to! It almost feels like a carnival or a fair! 

And what a crazy cast! I’m so glad I was able to see Aaron Tveit and Ashley Loren. My mouth was on the floor any time either of them opened their mouth. The dance in this show was also breath taking, and does not go without mentioning. 

I think my most important takeaway from this show is that it’s fun! I had a blast the entire time; the music, the dancing, the singing, everything about Moulin Rouge makes it a must see!
